We are registered with selected suppliers of the brands and products available in-store and on our website.
1. Product Availability and Pricing
- Product prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice, as they depend on supplier stock and pricing.
- While we strive to maintain accurate information, delays may occur depending on supplier stock.
- Valtonian Tech will always do its best to ensure that purchased products are delivered on time and in good order.
- Product images, descriptions, weight, and color may vary slightly from actual products or packaging. Images are for illustrative and promotional purposes only.
- Website pricing and promotions may differ from those on our social media or in-store promotions.
- Products listed as “Available” indicate supplier availability and do not necessarily mean that the product is physically in stock at our store.

2. Orders, Invoices, and Client Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for checking invoices and ensuring the correct products are ordered before payment or collection.
- Deposits are required on all orders or purchases.
- Lead times for purchased items are typically 7–14 working days, depending on product and supplier availability.
- Items listed as “Available on Back-order” will have an estimated lead time confirmed with the client.
- Back-order products can take several weeks or months to arrive.
- No refunds or cancellations are available during this period.
- If a product is discontinued during the warranty period, Valtonian Tech will try to source a replacement or similar component. This may involve additional costs.
3. Warranties and Returns
- All products carry a warranty period as specified on the invoice.
- Some products may have limited warranties that only cover specific parts or categories.
- Warranty details displayed online may differ slightly and will always be confirmed on your invoice.
- Returns or refunds for faulty or unsatisfactory products must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
- All returned products will be tested and reviewed. The process may take up to 30 working days.
- Refunds, replacements, or repairs will depend on supplier terms.
- A handling fee applies to all returned products, and clients are responsible for return shipping costs.
Important Warranty Conditions
- All electrical products must be used with a working surge protector installed by an authorized technician. Proof of installation may be required.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, overclocking, forced connections, DIY modifications, or the use of incompatible adapters will void the warranty.
- Valtonian Tech cannot be held responsible for any goods damaged or lost by third-party couriers.
- Deliberate or accidental damage is not covered under warranty.
- Second-hand products are sold “as is” with no warranty or refund unless stated otherwise. These items will be clearly marked as “Second-Hand” on our website or social pages.
4. In-Store Credit and Payment Terms
- Clients applying for in-store credit must complete all required documentation.
- Personal information is kept confidential and never shared with third parties.
- A deposit is required for all credit purchases.
- Payment terms: up to 12 months, with a maximum credit limit of R5,000 per client.
- Payments are due monthly. Missed payments must be corrected within 7 days.
- Missed or delayed payments may result in additional costs and forfeiture of all warranties related to the purchased products.
- Clients with repeated missed payments may be flagged for future transactions.
5. Repairs, Servicing, and Labor
- All in-store labor, repairs, cleaning, and servicing carry a 30-day workmanship guarantee (labor only, not components).
- Valtonian Tech will not be held responsible for faulty or damaged parts brought in for “quick fixes” or DIY repairs.
- No warranty or guarantee applies to parts or components purchased from other stores.
- Software-related issues (e.g., updates, diagnostics, or data recovery) are not covered unless specifically requested and acknowledged in writing.
- Clients are responsible for backing up their data before any work is done.
- Valtonian Tech will not be held liable for data loss under any circumstances.
6. Merchandise and Consignment Stock
- Consignment stock and merchandise carry a limited warranty only.
- Faulty merchandise may be exchanged for a product of the same value or for a store voucher—no cash refunds.
- In some cases, clients may be referred directly to the supplier for product-related disputes (e.g., print quality, fading, or color issues).
- All merchandise is inspected for quality before being listed online or made available in-store.
7. Third-Party Installations and Services
- Valtonian Tech is not an accredited installer for solar panels, inverters, or large-format printers.
- We may use third-party contractors for installation or maintenance services.
- Additional warranties or service plans may be available directly from those suppliers at an additional cost.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
- Valtonian Tech values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
