REFUND POLICY
At Valtonian Tech (Valtone Tech 5 PTY Ltd), we value customer satisfaction and aim to ensure that all returns and refunds are handled fairly and efficiently. Refunds and returns are subject to supplier agreements with Valtonian Tech and will be advised accordingly.
General Return Conditions
• Returns must be made within 12 hours from the time the product or item has been received.
• Products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and components.
• Products must not be damaged, scratched, or misused in any way to qualify for a refund or return.
• Clients are responsible for all courier or delivery charges related to returns.
Electrical and Hardware Product Conditions
• All electrical products must be connected to a working surge protector.
- Valtonian Tech will not provide refunds or returns for products damaged due to power surges, loadshedding, lightning, or unstable power supply.
- Any warranty or guarantee will be voided under such conditions.
• Computer components such as CPUs, motherboards, memory, and GPUs must not be overclocked, modified, or tampered with while under warranty, as this may cause unnecessary damage and affect warranty eligibility.
Refund Process
• Refunds for purchases made through payment plan portals will be subject to the specific entity’s refund policy.
* In most cases, All online purchases are refunded within 48 hours, Clients will be contacted during the process.
• All returned products or items will be tested and inspected before a refund is processed.
• Refunds will be issued either as cash or product exchange:
- If a product exchange is made for a higher-value item, the client will be responsible for paying the difference.
- Product exchanges may be delayed depending on stock availability.
• A 3% administrative fee will apply for refunds on products marked as “Unavailable” or “Out of Stock”, to cover processing and supplier costs.
Product Availability Indicators
Please ensure that the product is listed as “Available” before making payment. Product labels on our website are as follows:
• Available – Product is available for purchase.
• Available on Backorder – Stock is on the way or pending supplier confirmation (ETA may be unknown).
• Unavailable – Product cannot currently be ordered.
• Out of Stock – Product temporarily not available.
