SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is received, excluding weekends, public holidays, and official holidays.
- Payment processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method.
- Once payment has cleared, products will be shipped within 3–7 working days, depending on stock availability and supplier lead times.
- Orders placed for products not currently in stock at our store may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Costs
- Free delivery is available for all orders over R2,500.
- Standard shipping costs are R165 to anywhere within South Africa.
- Parcels weighing more than 5 kg may incur additional courier charges, which will be reflected on your invoice.
- Free local delivery is available within a 40 km radius from our store in Klerksdorp.

3. Shipping Coverage
- Valtonian Tech currently ships only within South Africa.
- We do not offer international shipping under any circumstances.
- Drop shipping services are available in select areas; availability will be confirmed upon request.

4. Potential Delays and Service Interruptions
- Once a package has been dispatched, Valtonian Tech has no control over delivery times or transit conditions.
- We cannot be held responsible for late or delayed deliveries caused by:
  - Courier service interruptions
  - Strikes or road closures
  - Weather conditions
  - Load shedding or operational delays
- “Rush orders” cannot be accommodated for products not currently in stock.

5. Damages and Packaging
- All products are carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving our store to ensure safe transit.
- Valtonian Tech cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss occurring during delivery by external courier services.
- If your parcel arrives damaged, please report the issue directly to the courier service and notify us immediately so we can assist where possible.
